In the pool or in the ocean we have the perfect set up to escape and explore the incredible underwater environment. In the Whitsundays we'll take you by boat to a secluded spot, where you'll be able to immerse yourself in a guided diving experience. Meanwhile in Gold Coast you will be able to experience it in the calm waters of a 5m depth pool.

Our experienced freediving instructor will get you up-to-speed with some basic theory on safety, equalisation and in-water techniques. We’ll also show you some more advanced sport freediving disciplines, so you can learn about what the world of freediving has to offer.

By the end of this apnea taster with us, we are confident that you’ll have a newfound level of comfort when exploring depths up to 5m under the water.
