Equalization Techniques: Frenzel Workshop (Gold Coast)

Then this Equalization Workshop, focused on the Frenzel Manoeuvre is for you!

Good equalisation skills is a must for freediving, not only for line diving, but also for recreational freediving. And when not mastered properly it can become THE limiting factor to continue your depth progression. Therefore learning the Frenzel Maneuver is one of the most important skills in freediving.

This three-hour workshop, we will cover understanding of our physiology and what your limitation is, so then we can work on specific exercises for you and your equalization development. 

We will start with a 1.5 hour dry session to cover a step-by-step introduction to Frenzel operations using exercises and some tools.

Then we will spend 1.5 hours in the 5m depth pool putting into practice the exercises previously learned.
