Are you ready to upgrade your skills and excel your freediving progression?

Welcome to our Atherton TableLands Freediving depth camp! Experience Freediving in one of the most beautiful places in Australia with perfect conditions for training and improving your skills. 

Join us for 5 days of coached line diving sessions with structured training sessions based on your individual depth goal and complete your next freediving course. OceanSense instructors will be guiding you through all the essential parts of a freediving training programme that will give you the information and confidence you need to kick your goals and build yourself as a better free-diver.

Complete your Level 2 or 3 certification at this Depth Camp!

The activities for this retreat will include: 

• Daily coached line and exploration freediving sessions.
• Guided breath and meditation workshops.
• Guided stretching: Full body stretching routines before the dives.
• Personalised training plans tailored to the individual 

To participate in our freediving experience you:
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Have no medical conditions related to this activity.

You must be a Level 1 certified Freediver to join this trip. 

No Gear? NO PROBLEM

We have 5mm wetsuits and long fins for rent at $60 each per trip. Just select the right options or let us know a few days before your course.
