Immerse in this taster experience, without the stress of a course and its requirements.
Our experienced freediving instructor will get you up-to-speed with some basic theory on safety, equalisation and in-water techniques. We’ll also show you some more advanced sport freediving disciplines, so you can learn about what the world of freediving has to offer and get a taste of how completing a full course would be!
By the end of your journey with us, we are confident that you’ll have a clear peek into the world of freediving and feel more confident in the water!
Please be informed that this is not a certification course, it involves 1.5 hours of theory and 1.5 hours of pool activity.
